A Day to connect to Yoga, Meditation & Chanting
Yoga is a Path to step into a deep connection within ourselves.
On this day we use mindful movement from Vinyasa, Hatha and Yinyoga styles, our conscious breathing and our voice to find deeper into the space of meditation.
Yoga positions, whether practiced calmly or dynamically, open the presence for the body, making it supple, flexible and permeable.
By chanting together ancient mantras and songs from different spiritual traditions we can feel our heart more clearly and let our joy of life flow.
The day is also suitable for beginners in yoga.
