A weekend for Meditation and Yoga
15. November – 17. November
Your body and soul can refuel this weekend through gentle, deep body work and meditation. We practice the art of observation in yoga stretches and yoga breathing exercises, in silent sitting as well as in free, spontaneous movement. The structures give us an anchor and hold in the body. This allows us to let go deeply.
You are invited to discover various active and passive meditation techniques to expand your body, refresh yourself and relax at the same time.
