Yoga, Self Inquery and Silence: Restart your Self

This weekend wants to help you set a fresh and conscious starting point for the New Year.
We use the hours of the day to gather, to perceive impulses and to get an inner conscious orientation.
Yoga helps us to be more intense in the body through conscious movement, breathing and energy control, to perceive ourselves better and to make decisions from a place of authenticity.
We will be sometimes calmer, sometimes more dynamic in movement, use active and silent meditation techniques from the world of Osho and also go into direct exchange with partners. All tools from the world of mindfulness serve the purpose of feeling more at home where we are. Registration and payment via the UTA Institute. Linking coming soon. The weekend is usually held in german language but you can get a translator to join there group with ease.
