Let’s come together to explore the intuitive wisdom of your hands. It’s one of the best things I can imagine to learn: To touch with presence, care, clarity & silence.

You will learn basic strokes of traditional Thai Yoga Massage that opens the main energyylines, that stretches facias and allows a calm, deep, grounded feeling into your being.
We work on the floor and keep comfy clothes on. It’s a fun time where we meditate while giving a massage to another.
