Resting in one’s own center has less to do with a six-pack of belly than with the ability to tune into this place and nourish it with presence. The Japanese call it the HARA, the place where our original source of power lies.
This workshop will show you simple, everyday techniques that you can use at any time if you feel out of balance, when have to do with nervousness, or you loose yourself in worries or simply feel that you are more in your head than in your body. The more we are in the Hara, the more natural, serene and calm we can watch the storms of life, practice difficult asanas and learn to allow the breath deep in our stomach. The Hara is our source of life energy.
